Up for auction is a beautiful  registered cover from Celtinje, Yugoslavia to the Reparto ANI concentration camp in Albania, mailed with Italian overprinted occupation stamps. In excellent condition. Postmarked November 10, 1942.  Priced to sell. Nice postal history cover. Exceptionally rare item, mail to and from Albanian concentration camps is virtually non existent.
